Port availablility / Port forwarding issue

Hi there.

I have successfully forwarded a port in my router and when I test it in uTorrent it shows up as green when clicking the "test if port is forwarded correctly". But when I check to see if my port is open or closed on the tracker site it appears as closed until I "do not filter network traffic (disable firewall)" on NOD32 Smart Security. After that my status on the port is "open" instead of "closed".

I have set up uTorrent to be allowed in NOD32 firewall but it doesn't seem to allow me to have my port "open" anyway.

I'm running Windows Vista 64bit btw.

Hope someone can cast some light on this issue for me
