uTorrent on multiple user accouts (running as admin)

I am having trouble running the same version of uTorrent from different user accounts across my operating system. I am NOT trying to have more than one instance open at a time but it isn't working.

I hope I am making myself clear enough.

Basically what I want is to be able to launch up uTorrent with all of the files I have loaded under my admin account while logged into a secondary account by right clicking the uTorrent.exe shortcut and running as administrator.

Now the program loads up fine and all of my uploads and downloads are there from my admin account but I can't actually connect to anything unless I run it normally under this account but then I would have to manually load up each torrent from the admin account and then load the actual files one at a time as I move around my accounts.

Is this possible or am I barking up the wrong tree.
