skagarawal Posted January 12, 2009 Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 Hi;I am not computer savvy - so may be sounding stupid.I use an external USB hard drive (250GB) for downloading the files.Torrent files (small files that open); are deleted by me; once download starts.Also the incomplete files are with extension !ut.Now the crisis is - the laptop I used - my son realized that it is not water proof.That takes away every thing on the laptop.With the new laptop, I have reinstalled uTorrent and is working fine.Request help/guidance for - can the new laptop recognize the partial completed files, where there is no torrent files.Any difference if OS changes - XP to Vista.Thanks in advance.
