Switeck Posted January 13, 2009 Report Share Posted January 13, 2009 1st and 2nd links in my signature.Have you tried the known-to-be-fast OpenOffice test torrents, to see if they are equally slow?Scanned for viruses using regular AV software and HijackThis! and Process Explorer?You'll need to use upload settings definitely no higher than 2 megabit/second...probably only 1 megabit/second...from the 2nd link in my signature.Try both Enabled and FORCED encryption outgoing and both enabled and disabled legacy (unencrypted) connections incoming.
