how can i recover this problem??

hi frenz..

i am using utorrent ..last week i downloaded two games files

1.pc undercover [85%]

2.pc call of duty 2 [92%]

but accidently i deleted the torrent from the utorrent , fortunately the data that has been downloaded is safe..the question is can i recover downloadin from the point i left or should i start from the first..if i can recover how is that??

Reload the .torrent in uT (retrieve it from the tracker) and choose the good folder where are your incomplete data when the Add Torrent dialog box pops up.

If uT doesnt force the recheck, do it yourself (stop the torrent, right click)
