no port forwarding

Using devlon lan Highspeed 85 Kit.

Having Randomized Port fowarding In uTorrent Preferences No matter which port number is used

when testing speed setup in uTorrent each port stated error port closed.

cannot get any port forwarding to work

exeption has been made in windows firewall.

No problems downloading non torrent files.

any one help please.
