Ultima Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 You probably can't forward your port behind a proxy unless it is a SOCKS proxy.
hotxshot Posted January 13, 2009 Author Report Posted January 13, 2009 yes man i am using SOCKS 4.... can u tell me how to do that plz?thanx in advance:)
Ultima Posted January 13, 2009 Report Posted January 13, 2009 Well, uh, you'd probably need to be able to configure the proxy software itself to forward the port properly. I'm not that familiar with using proxies -- especially SOCKS proxies for that matter. It's just my understanding that SOCKS proxies are much more advanced/capable than HTTP/HTTPS proxies. I've seen it mentioned in several places that SOCKS proxies can forward ports.
hotxshot Posted January 13, 2009 Author Report Posted January 13, 2009 thanx buddy,, really appreciate what u've said,, i'll see what i can do,, and if anyone guyz can help> plz
