utorrent and port forwarding

can someone please help me?

when trying to download torrents using utorrent no seeds or peers appear in the brackets

when checking the test for port forwarding it states error port not open.

i have tried loads of different ports and always the same.

whats wrong?

I have no problems connecting to net and no problems when downloading non torrent files.

exeptions for utorrent have been made in windows firewall.

please help

I have a devolo 85 dlan Ethernet highspeed starter kit consists 2 mains plugs

and ntl cable modem.

is the devolo a router?
