hi

i m using win vista and xp i m using zte 6000 dial up connection it give me 2mbps down speed when i m try to forwading port on both os it is show me like this

Error! Port 58791 does not appear to be open.

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).

but i don't install PeerGuardian2 or Protowall i don't know what to do

please help me out

Have you tried www.portforward.com ROUTERS section for both your modem and router?
