rendez2k
I just wondered if theres any plans to add details to the windows task bar icon when the program is minimised? I think its azureus that shows the up and download speeds - its just handy to see whats going on while working in other programs!
1c3d0g
Uhm, you can just mouse over the icon in the taskbar and a balloon will pop-up telling you the up/down speeds... :/
rendez2k
In the taskbar I just get uTorrent 1.4! It gives me the speed if I hover in the notification area. It would just by easier to see whats going on (for instance if the network connection has dropped) while I'm using other stuff. I kinda miss it myself! rendez2k
OK, I hope this explains it! As you can see, Emule gives me quick access to up and down speeds!
1c3d0g
Come on man, it's not so hard to mouse over the icon...this is just a lazy feature. :/
rendez2k
Fair point, but its handy for me - if I'm sat there watching TV on my PC and my connection drops, I can see right away
1c3d0g
Hmm...OK, I'll give you that. But the way I see it, whatever is displayed in the window title is displayed in the taskbar when the program is minimized, right? And if this is the case, then I'm afraid it's not going to happen as the previous thread on this issue spun out of control, to put it nicely. :/
