But now My utorrent speed gives only 13 kbps when connected to internet, but as soon as ?I accelerate my booster, my speed decreases and becomesw nil. I tried to register in Mininova, and a message appears 'IP is Banned'. I don't get it. I havn't uploaded or downloaded any illegal stuff. So please someone help me for solving the problem.
