shredder_ Posted January 24, 2009 Report Share Posted January 24, 2009 i have internet connection through squid proxy server with port 3128 and normal download rate of aboout 7.5 kbps.when i start utorrent it shows the no of peers and seeds and starts uploading and downloading something at the rate of .2kbps but actual downloading does not takes place.plzz.. help me out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
