Ive installed uTorrent and enabled the WebUI feature to allow me to use this machine as a remote torrent box. Problem is, even when I have no torrents loaded, there is constant upload and download activity with uTorrent. About 0.3kB/s. Anyone know what is going on and maybe to stop it? The reason is, I would prefer to have my hard drive spin down after 30 mins of inactivity, but of course can't do that when uTorrent is constantly accessing the disk. DHT Network, Local Peer Discovery, ask tracker for scrape information, and enable peer exchange. Upload is now 0kB/s, but there is a small 0.1kB/s download.
