Switeck
Kaspersky 2009 may have firewall-like functions.Try uninstalling it if that's not too much trouble.

Switeck
http://www.portforward.com ROUTERS section lists both routers and modems that have NAT (router) features. Did you check to see if your modem was on their list? And if that doesn't help try uninstalling Kaspersky 2009 if that's not too much trouble. arnolddrita
I tried that but it didnt work. What about the NAT features? I have tried port forwarding and in the nat->virtual server i forwarded the port. Here,s the link http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/ZTE/ZXDSL831v2/Utorrent.htm
Switeck
There may be multiple causes for why you're firewalled...so fixing one may appear to do nothing.Or you may have port forwarded to the wrong LAN ip.Other than that, I don't really know.
