UPnP does not map the port

I tried to get UPnP to work instead of doing the whole port forwarding thing.

Anyways, I've got a D-Link DGL-4300 and I've never had any problems with UPnP on it before. But this is what uTorrent is saying.

[2009-01-24 12:14:42] UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.16.1/getxml?file=/root.xml": (10060) offline (timed out)

[2009-01-24 12:14:42] UPnP: Could not map UPnP Port on this pass, retrying.

Keeps cycling through until eventually shows this.

[2009-01-24 12:15:54] UPnP: Unable to map port 192.168.16.135:61976 with UPnP.

So what gives? If it makes any difference (which I highly doubt it does) I'm on Vista Home Premium 32-bit.
