Hotkey - Extended Hotkey Implementation

Hi there, I use Robotask to automate most of my Box's routine tasks and I'm sure many people use similar alternatives.

I would like to be able to send the following commands to utorrent via hot keys:

Pause All

Start All

Stop All

Please bear in mind that these are not "Global" hot keys as some would call them, they are normal hot keys to be used while the application has focus. This being said I cannot see any reason that something like this could not be simply implemented.
