Sudden Peer/Seed drop-out

I have been using a torrent listing/tracker for some time, with no problems, and recently loaded a number of old torrents (all of them related). When i loaded them, they had on average about 2 to 3 seeds, and maybe about 5 peers. Progress was fine until one day, I had to reboot because of a program malfunction on the pc. All i remember though, ever since that, every single peer and seed has completely vanished, and my torrent client detects 0 seeds and 0 peers. Coincidentally, i have other torrents from the same tracker/site running and they did not experience this problem.

I have a hard time believing that all of the peers and seeds just suddenly cut off their connection, rather something happened on my end. What could it possibly be?
