TheBenjamin Posted January 27, 2009 Report Share Posted January 27, 2009 evrey minute... or other unknown period of time I have a downfall of my upload speed.I've tried to restart uTorrent, restart my computer and even changed my router...there are enough torrent to upload at my limit speed (48KBS)... and it just crushes and then return to 48KBS again until next time it happens. as you can see:http://up35.siz.co.il/up2/jmmzyjztjzhm.jpgwhat is the problem?
