chr_mar
I have a small bandwidth limit of 60GB/month so I want to limit my uplaoding but not in expence to my download speed. I have my upload cap set to 1kb/s will this make my downloads slower??

Switeck
With Rogers Cable ISP in Canada, you're probably limited to 30 KiloBYTES/second or less upload speed due to their BitTorrent crippling hardware. So don't bother using settings higher than 320 kbit/sec upload bandwidth on my chart (2nd link in my signature)...though you can make active downloading torrents 2 or 3 if you want. You will likely need to try 'extreme' hiding tricks to get better speeds:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=361747#p361747(Note: My post immediately following that one explains what settings in uTorrent are similar to the Azureus ones.)
