Removing uTorrent entries on my windows firewall (vista)

I got questions related to this.

So I have to run _once_ utorrent as admin so it can create firewall rules, then I can run it as normal user?

Also I guess developers should make utorrent delete its rules every time on exit because it may end up like me with 4x TCP-In and 4xUDP-In or even more.

That's why I give utorrent rights to do it by running it as admin.

The worst case is utorrent to add rules - not to remove them. This way I will end up with fully open system. Today I had 4x TCP and 4xUDP ports open. Tomorrow they may be 8x then 15x and so on.

BTW I was talking for utorrent, not for 'each program'. And I don't run my programs as administrator.
