issepisse
IM using F-secure anti-virus and i have allowed utorrent completely. should i turn off the windows firewall?
moogly
No it's not necessary if the Win fw allows uT (TCP & UDP, check it anyway)In addition, did you set correctly uT with good speed settings, because if you've set uT settings too high, the resulting overloads can mimic firewalled conditions.Recommended uTorrent settings: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=34259
issepisse
sorry, i dont understand. can you write in detail how i set the best settings?
moogly
To set uT bandwidth settings, you need to know the MAX upload speed of your connection. If you don't know it, run test here for example http://www.speedtest.net/ (stop websurfing, p2p etc.. and run 3 or 4 tests and compute the average to have a good value of your UL speed)Then find a reference near your max UL speed to set uT as I explained previously. Like that uT will not overhead your internet connection.

moogly
Go to Options > Preferences > Bandwidth. With 1200kbit/s, you can choose the reference of║ 1 mbit/sec ║ 92│ 6║ 60│ 200║ 7│ 5║Use this guide to fill with numbers: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=361023#p361023Then look at if you have still "no incoming connections"
