RSS feeds keep re-downloading files... a lot

I set up my RSS feeds from TVRSS.net and i have one from mininova.org

but they all keep redownloading the files over and over. How do i stop this from happening

i've added the &nostats option to the feeds to get rid of the seeder/leacher info from the feeds, but that didn't seem to help at all.

any help on how to get them to stop re-downloading the files over and over?
