The usual: Port forwarding problemmmmm ????

Hiii guys ,

i have adsl 1M , router .. Tp-link TD-W8910G ,

speed before doing anything in utorrent ,19 Kb/s ,

I did step by step the directions in portforward.com

but this message always appear when i press "test if the port is forwarded probably"

in Utorrent

Noe i used lots of random ports but its the same message ,

I installed peerguardian2 , even i dont know anything about it ,before today ,

Utorrent.com is allowed ,and evrything ok ,so what is the problem

I mean How i could get Working port ,
