Need to Reset Utorrent to settings being used last week

Hi Guys,

I could really do with some help please.

For the past week I have been trying to get myself connected to some private trackers sites but for some reason im just getting the yellow triangle sign & im seeding very very slowly.

I have taken advice from numerous people of their forums on what to do & now im getting the red sign, I have looked on how to reset but it looks very confusing & basically I dont want to mess it up even more,I'll take it I cant just uninstall & install to correct it?

Please help I am at my wits end now as im not very techy

Sorry wasnt under the impression that i did email you??

I have looked into this file %AppData%\uTorrent but i have found files called settings.dat.1.bad & there is 4 of them. Is it ok to delete these

Yes you can delete those as well.
