Either I am able to "start" the torrent download, which never starts downloading, or the website will just say waiting and never give me the option to download. This happens in IE and FF.This happens only for torrent files, on every site.I've tried reinstalling utorrent, haven't tried other clients yet.

invis Posted February 6, 2009 Author Report Posted February 6, 2009 Not sure, I'm on my college's network.This happened once before, and I think reinstalling utorrent fixed it, but that doesn't seem to work now.
