Torrents stuck updating

So all of a sudden my torrents will go to update and just get stuck like that for hours.

I'm using 1.8.1

Like right now I just got home and went to looks at how fast I was uploading it was 0.

And when I scroll through all 50 torrents I am seeding they are all updating.

Also when I start a torrent to download it, it will not start on its own. I have to restart utorrent to get it going.

If I load a torrent before bed it will be sitting at 0% without a restart.

I have no idea why this all of a sudden has been happening but it sucks and I would love a resolution.

Its been going on for a couple weeks and utorrent has to be restarted multiple times through out the day.

EDIT ANybody????
