At times I get 0.0 kB/s, at times it goes higher, occasionally it jumps to 20+ kB/s, and seldom it "skyrockets" to 40-50+ kB/s. I'm downloading a 1.5GB file.That happens the entire day.Any help would be appreciated.EDIT: Oh yeah, by the way, I had no problems downloading a 1GB file months back (done in an hour) and OpenOffice (less than 45 minutes).
