baz...
thats oddBut shutting down the on-acces scanner in Norton doesn't result in less errors. In fact even if I totally shut down Norton the errors don't go away. And why does Norton not interfere when there's only one download torrenting? It seems a little strange to just throw away a piece of software wich is payed for. Firon
Because Norton doesn't actually protect you (this is well documented, there's many people that use another AV one day and suddenly find norton missed a boatload of worms/viruses/etc) and causes more problems than it fixes?Just uninstall it and see. ul
Good replacement for norton, low bloat, low CPU usage, low price ($19) = CA etrust antivirus. If I may be so bold, it's a bit like the µTorrent of AV software.http://www.itforcharities.co.uk/reviews/ezavirus.htm
baz...
The version wich I use has lower cpu usage. Worms and other crap doesn't enter your pc if you use mozilla, if it does, hd scan. And last but not least, no crap ever reaches your pc if not surfing across porn or hack sites ^^mozilla rules
