Raemian
i was operating at 90kb/s download speed on bitcomet and just today switched over to utorrent (i was told it was a better client) but i am getting download speeds of less than 30kb/s on utorrent. my port is fine, firewall checked, and i have done everything as described in the setup guide.any other suggestions?(i don't want to use bitcomet again as it really screwed with my wireless signal to the point that i would rather slow speeds than to deal with that)

Switeck
Bell Canada ADSL ISP severely disrupts BitTorrent traffic.Peak evening hours are the worst. You should be able to use the 256 kilobit/second upload settings found in the 2nd link in my signature....BUT you probably need to use higher levels of protocol encryption than the default settings in uTorrent:http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?pid=361747#p361747(Note: My post immediately following that one explains what settings in uTorrent are similar to the Azureus ones.)
