Use Photoshop and make the toolbar with a transparent background... Save it as a PNG and then use AlphaConv to convert it to a 32-bit alpha-blended BMP.Does anyone have a good link for AlphaConv? New to this board, semi new to uTorrent. Been using it now for a month maybe. Its great.
