justinope Posted February 15, 2009 Report Share Posted February 15, 2009 I never had this problem before and my speeds are set to what they normally are as far as DL/UL limits. anyone else having this problem? it will even occur if nothing is going on in utorrent DL/UL-wise and its just sitting there. low and behold the moment I just close the program it goes back to normal. any ideas?
