customizable toolbar

I never use half the buttons on that toolbar, like Add Torrent, Create Torrent, Move Up/Down, RSS Downloader. I also never use that search bar.

On the other hand I would love to be able to add other buttons like Pause All, Resume All, Stop All, Force Start, Open Containing Folder, and separate button for each kind of "Remove" (Torrent, Data, Torrent + Data).

It'd be nice if we could right click on that toolbar and select customize, just like on the Windows XP explorer toolbar, and add or remove buttons.

The issue of customization always reminds me of how Microsoft screwed up Vista / Office 2007 interfaces, which are absolute bricks. MS turned fully customizable menus into cemented eyecandy. Anyway, that's off topic.
