Switeck
Your software firewall is probably blocking the new uTorrent...thinking it's virus-infected since the utorrent.exe has been changed/corrupted.
kak2a2
okbut how can i fix that ?P.S : i'm windows vista userthanx alot
moogly
Install 1.8.2. Remove the old exceptions about uT in your firewall and add new ones relative to 1.8.2 (automatically after the 1st start of uT 1.8.2 or manually if your firewall doesn't allow automatic exceptions). retah
if u have probs with the new uT then get back ur old one...(i still use 1.7.5 n it works great)try another tor client n see if the speds are bad in those too..
Switeck
I don't know what software firewalls/antivirus (which also have firewalls in them) are on your computer.Going back to earlier versions of uTorrent leaves you open to remote exploits (some seen in the wild) and subjects everyone you connect to...to whatever problems exist in that earlier version. retah
Going back to earlier versions of uTorrent leaves you open to remote exploits (some seen in the wild)not unless u get a good firewall...
Switeck
Some of the exploits work THROUGH uTorrent, which your firewall probably already allows.
