Indicate partially downloaded files in the Finder

I've been trying out the uTorrent beta... it's looking very promising, but one thing that seems lacking is the ability to tell the difference between completed files and partially downloaded ones in the Finder. (Apologies if this has already been requested)

Safari does this by changing the file icon and extension for incomplete downloads (even placing a helpful progress bar in the file icon itself) so it's obvious that the file is still downloading. It would be great if something similar could be implemented for uTorrent.

µTorrent Windows already supports such a feature (using different extensions for incomplete files). Assuming it isn't already implemented in µTorrent Mac, consider it on the todo list.
