if utorrent on - internet is off 8|

heya, topic says it all, since a couple of hours I have this phenomen w/o changing anything.

even if there are no downloads in utorrent quequed. reboot / reset router wont help, i have to wait about 15 minutes to log back in the internet. the other clients here have this problem not!

what can I do ? oO

router configured correctly - wired internet

nod32 configured correctly

NOD32 may be interfering even if configured correctly.

Have you tested with NOD32 completely uninstalled if nothing else in that link helps?
