uTorrent causes my system to restart

I always leave uTorrent running overnight; when I use my PC in the morning, I close down uTorrent so I can use the internet. It appears as though the program has closed but when I check the task manager it shows that the process uTorrent.exe is still open. Ending the process does absolutely nothing.

This wouldn't really bother me, except that a few minutes later my PC will just crash and then boot up again without me asking.

I do not have any spyware or viruses. I'm running AVG Full Internet Security 8.0 and I do regular scans with WebRoot spysweeper, SpyBot S&D, AVG, SpyDoctor, Ad-aware and Tune Up Utilities.

I'm running Windows XP home with all the latest updates.

I am getting the same problem my computer has a serious error after every half an hour or so and reboots. I am running Windows XP Pro sp3 with Zone Alarm Security Suite. Recently I disabled spyware doctor and everything seems to be running ok now. Weird.

I guess it wasn't very prudent to ever assume that I could be 100% free of the stuff, even with all those programs running; I'll fix that and then update the thread if the problem persists. D:

EDIT: So I've googled nnnnMGXW.dll, the only thing that comes up is this thread. :/

So any idea how I can fix this problem?
