kermani Posted February 20, 2009 Report Share Posted February 20, 2009 I'm having seeding issues first of all. A torrent I set up to send to a friend has him stuck at 99.3%. There is a peer connected to me that seems to be blocking others from connecting... this one peer will be dowloading at 50ish kb/s while the other 2 or 4 peers connected will not be dowloading at all. So I tried to set up an ipfilter.dat. I made the file and stuck it in /user/AppData/uTorrent (i made the uTorrent folder) and after reloading the ipfilter and enabling ipfilter in uTorrent, the same peer is connected. Help por favor.
