christpuncher
I did the speed test a bunch of times and I got an average of 2055kbps down and 650kbps up! I am gettin speeds on utorrent of 56kB/s down and 30 kB/s up. Is this normal or should it be higher? I read the setup guide and did the settings exactly as instructions stated! These results are with me downloading 1 torrent at a time!
Switeck
On Bell ADSL in Canada, you're being throttled to the speeds you're seeing. Were you NOT throttled, download speeds could be ~200 KB/sec and upload speeds could be ~65 KB/sec.DISABLE: UPnP, NAT-PMP, LPD, DHT (both kinds!), and Resolve IPs (right-click in PEERS window on an active torrent).Keep Peer Exchange enabled...it should be encrypted if your peer/seed connections are encrypted.Choose FORCED or at least enabled encryption outgoing. You might want to experiment with allowing incoming legacy (unencrypted) connections to see which is faster. Switeck
It would be if your ISP isn't interfering.Try way outside of "peak hours" (like 4 am).
