Switeck
Raising net.max_halfopen above the default of 8 usually just causes problems.1st and 2nd links in my signature...for troubleshooting and uTorrent speed settings.NOTE: Max sustainable UPLOAD speed is far less than max download speed for most connections! Switeck
Nice to know it works for someone!Your cable(?) ISP in Mexico may disrupt/throttle BitTorrent traffic -- especially during peak evening hours....So don't be too surprised if it doesn't work great all the time.
