num1gever Posted February 23, 2009 Report Share Posted February 23, 2009 hello.i had opened a port and when i'm testing this port if it is opened it just keep changing in a REFRESH. one time it's Ok and in green and once in red and says the port is not opened.i do use windows firewall but it happens even when i cancel it.i'm not behind a proxy.and i've tried to enable\disable "enable UPNP" or "enable nat-pmp"one more thing- i use a 4 digits port, not 5. and i tried 2 following ports and it gives the same problem.
