realdan
i was using 1.7.7 with no problems. since i updated to 1.8.2 i got this problem:for example i am downloading a movie DVD-R. after the download is finished, i extract the files and it shows me diagnostic problem. i click 'Force recheck' and i notice that there are some MB that wasnt downloaded ( 10 mb for example). after the download is complete, i try again to extract and still get diagnostic problem. 'Force recheck' again, and i notice that still are some MB to download ( 5 mb for example. the ammount is lesser than the previous amount of mb). so i must repeat this procedure untill the download is 100% complete (usually 5-6 times).can someone help me please? i am really desperate! DreadWingKnight
Is it the same blocks over and over again?
realdan
no, there are not the same. for example the first time the archives 10, 20, 30, 40 are corrupt. after the first recheck i have no more problems with archive 10, but still 20, 30 and 40 are corrupt. so i must to do this until all the archives are completely downloaded... DreadWingKnight
That doesn't answer my question. Is it the same blocks coming up corrupt over and over again each re-check?I don't care which archives are corrupt, because uTorrent doesn't do its checking per-file. It does checking per-piece (see bittorrent spec for definition)
