v1jay Posted February 28, 2009 Author Report Posted February 28, 2009 Thanks Ultima that was helpful...But Pls dont mistake me could u tell me where i can find more elaborate explanation abt the PEX...also do u kno any paper ieee or something that would help me in this....
Ultima Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 ... PEX isn't some kind of IEEE standard (not even close), so why would there be such information? PEX is simply communicated through the extension protocol (AFAIK) via some kind of BEncoded list and/or dictionary in the messages. I'd imagine reverse engineering it wouldn't be all too difficult by listening through Wireshark or something.
