I even bought "Port Forwarding" thinking I was not forwarding the port I am using properly...but nothing.My router appears to be forwarding fine, but my icon remains Yellow. I have tried several fixes I found here, but..nothing worksUsing Vistax32, and the latest Utorrent 1.8.2Help!!At this moment my up is 43 kb, my dl speed is 1,4 mbNow .. it seems to me that I do have connection, but still yellow icon.Thanks for your help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hot wired to a q4 pentium 6600, 4 gigs of ram, 7 terrabytes of HD ( just patting myself in the back), nvidia 8800 vid.ethernet cables are 5E.Using Eset nod 32 + WINDOWS DEFENDER. Cottfcfan Posted February 28, 2009 Report Share Posted February 28, 2009 Ive had the same problem and its been driving me mad. Finally resolved it today.I assume your using windows sofware firewall. In Windows Firewall with advanced security, click restore defaults on the right. Then go to services and disable IP Helper.Reinstall uTorrent, should work fine, if not repost.
