disable Auto Shutdown if other users are logged on

I was wondering if it was possible to disable Auto Shutdown if another user is logged on to the computer?

I leave uTorrent on to finish downloads and set it to "Shutdown when Everything completes" because I don't like leaving my computer on doing nothing. The problem is, if the download takes longer than it should and other people use the computer it will just randomly shutdown for them and they will lose their work.
