first of all sory for my bad english

Im a new utorrent user.but i have not find any source for settings utorrent for max.speed in my own languageturkish.Im using vista Multiprocessor Free (32-bit)

OS 6.0.6001 (Vista Retail)

OS Service Pack 1

and i want to learn how to use utorrent in max. speed.

there is a lot of tcip.sys patch in web but ım not sure which one fit to my os vista 32 bit with sp1.And i want to learn how i can patch it.

and wich settings must be change in default settings in utorrent for max speed?
