Gander7
I'm not quite sure where the problem is with this. If it's utorrent or not. I'm running vista32 on a Asus. AVG8 and windows firewall are turned on. Everything was working fine until yesterday when I downloaded and saved a torrent file to my desktop and it dissappeared as soon as the download was done. Trid this several times with different sites and torrent but to the same effect. I tried opening instead of saving and nothing happened. Can't find the files anywhere. I tried a speed test on utorrent and it told me my port was blocked so i opened it through windows firewall but apparently it's still blocked. Again, i'm not sure what is causing this to happen but I would appreciate any suggestions. Oh forgot one thing, it seemed to stop working after I ran Uniblue Speedupmypc, driverscanner, and registrybooster

milleniumchief
its the virus scanner. i have eset antivirus (nod32)and the files disappeared after being completed and u torrent said file missing, failed, recheck along the lines of that. i had my anti virus set to "ask me" before deleting anything also. so i uninstalled the anti virus and re downloaded the files to see if it fixes it. It diddisable your antivirus while downloading or uninstall. when i had avast, i never had this problem.
