optimus prime Posted March 1, 2009 Report Share Posted March 1, 2009 O.k so I am using a shitty old P3 lappy with a USB2.0 card stuck in it with a hard drive docking station for uTorrent. Low powered and quite. One problem is, sometimes I have a brain fart and forget to turn on the hdd dock before I open UT and then I have to make UT check all the files before it can proceed to run. Now I have just over 60 items in my list, most of which are over 6gb it takes around two days for it to completely check every torrent. Switeck Posted March 1, 2009 Report Share Posted March 1, 2009 At the moment, the best you can hope for is to "trick" uTorrent into rechecking the torrents you want to download/seed first. Otherwise, uTorrent won't let you start them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I selected the torrents that I know will seed the most first...basically I went by popularity.So really there is no way out of it. Ut has to check every file?
