Opening port

I have been doing this all day and have followed the directions perfectly over and over again and the test to see if the port opens fails. I am using a hp laptop and connect to the internet via a wireless router (Linksys) I am running windows vista. I don't really know why it's not working. any help would be great. I was using the directions found here:
