Switeck Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 You could always test upload speed in uTorrent by raising/lowering the upload max in 1 KB/sec intervals.When the resulting upload speed "goes ragged" instead of being a flat line at the max, you've set it slightly too high...so reduce upload speed from there 1-5 KB/sec and it should run smoothly barring other network demands.
