grhomes Posted March 6, 2009 Report Share Posted March 6, 2009 Hello all,While I am new to the forum, I am by no means a newbie when it comes to torrenting. However, I recently had an ISP change and upgraded my speeds (10Mbit down AND up) and was looking forward to utilizing torrents in general after the upgrade. You can imagine the help I would be able to give with a ten megabit upload speed when it comes to seeding. The problem is that while I begin a new torrent and it starts working fine, I find that maybe 1 to 2 minutes into the file, my download speed shrinks to 0.1KB/sec from EVERY connection that I have. I have tried enabling and/or forcing the outgoing encryption, thinking that the isp is recognizing the usage, and my port is forwarded correctly with the settings set according to the speed guide, and this is still the case. Does anyone know what in the world is going on? I feel kinda like I have this huge new sports car and no money for gas....Any help is greatly appreciated-grhomes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
